My Vivoactive 4 has not accepted a charge the past 2 days.  I put it on the charger and the little battery icon shows up but it doesn't actually ever charge.  I've tried holding down the top button for 12 seconds until it clears and then trying again…

After multiple soft resets, my body battery still won't charge. After I do a soft reset, it will jump up, but once it goes down it will not charge. If I don't reset, it will stay at 5 forever.

When I plug the charger I don't often get the charge flash. I get the same with my partners charger. Both work with hers so it has to be the watch connector at fault. Anyone else had this issue ? I'm thinking I'll have to send it back, its only 8 months…

I have a venu 2 and from the last update the load stopped being fast because it was much slower. I don't know if someone else has experienced that.

Did hold top button for 30 seconds while plugging in my computer, but did not work! Opened the garmin express app on my computer and connected my garmin. Once it connected to my garmin, my watch resuscitatd!!! Hope it'll work for you!
