Body Battery not charging

After multiple soft resets, my body battery still won't charge. After I do a soft reset, it will jump up, but once it goes down it will not charge. If I don't reset, it will stay at 5 forever.

I know others have had this problem, but I can't find a solution anywhere. I haven't heard back from garmin yet.

I have exactly the same problem, body battery stuck at 5 %, not charging. MAYBE it has got something to do with the fact, that the stress levels are very high. I have very informative comparison with Fenix 6s pro on my other hand - I wear both devices for last 6 days, I wiil try to post some pictures. I would also appreciate some solution.

Here are promised images, they are quite informative. Same person, one device on the left hand, the other one on the right hand. I never removed one device without removing the other one.

After doing ~3 soft resets (holding A button until watch turns off), my body battery seems to be working normally! I haven't had any more problems this week

Can you tell me what software version you are running on the watch?

Mine will charge the body battery only if i take the watch off. Basically, the body battery information is meaningless.

mine seems to charge sometimes when I keep working in the night, apparently because watch start to think that I'm sleeping

But overall I like BodyBattery and it's working for me more or less. I guess if sleep tracking was better it would be even more accurate too
