When will the too dark AMOLED be fixed?

The Garmin watchfaces are the problem. With AOD on it dims to 30% and with a arm gesture it goes to 60%. For some reason these Garmin watchfaces can't go to 100% brightness in a dark environment.Garmin is aware about this but doing nothing. No priority. 

Try a different one from connect IQ and u will get 100% brightness. Falcon X watchface is a good example.

It looks definitely brighter when you hold the camera in front of the watch, but looking at it with the naked eye, it's much darker in a dark environment.
