13.31 bug body battery and stresswidget

Introduced with software 13.xx is a bug that sometimes the historical body battery graphs and historical stress disappear on the watch.

In garmin connect everything is fine.

To reproduce this bug you can try the following:

- turn the watch the watch off during the night

- the next morning turn it on and wear it for, let´s say, 1 hour so that that graphs begin to show

- start a gps-activity, for example: running, for about 5 sec. and save it or dismiss it

- the graph-history should be gone

In this way i can reproduce this bug nearly erverytime.

Dragona You are right- Turning the watch off and then back on seems to restore the data in the body battery and stress glances on the watch that had previously vanished.

I have the same issue with body battery and stress widget on the watch (Garmin Fenix 8 47 amoled) since software update 13.31. Body battery on the watch is not showing activities done, but records everything as Other, despite activities ranging from run, bike, etc. Stress widget does not show historical data on the watch. I tried restarting the watch, turning it on and off, it did not help!

Just to keep the topic known, same thing. Every activity is listed as “other” on the device and correctly identified in connect.

Same. I don't see any apparent pattern which causes the stress to disappear from the Stress and Body Battery widgets. It seems to happen at random during the day. The activities are also categorized as "Other" regardless of the real activity type.

Now you made me look, it was not listed on the watch at all. Then when I sync with connect it comes up as other on the watch, and also body battery is now “measuring” for a minute or so before going back to having a value. Had not noticed that..

Something to do with the new true up perhaps

Mel_ODQA Garmin-Laurie Today i have two examples that the activities are not listed correct.
In both cases direct after each activity the listed activity on the watch is correct. As soon as i sync my watch via garmin connect mobile the listed activity is shown as "other".

Please fix this issue.
