can I manually add wifi password via the files?
No.
As trux said, you really need Garmin Connect for the kind of functionality you are looking for. Like he said, it sounds like you got scammed, and you…

It is illegal to sell pre-production models, so your chances to use Garmin Connect with it are close to zero. Anyone who sold you the watch, quite…
Sounds like you need to call Garmin Support in your area directly and discuss with them what your possibilities are.

The best you can do with the watch, is using Golden Cheetah software, which can download the data from the watch over the USB cable, and show you some stats. Just do not expect the same functionality as at Garmin Connect.

No.

Even if this were the case (doubtful tho), nobody on this forum (not even Garmin employees) would be able help you here, you would need to talk directly to Garmin support.
which file stores the passwords
Sensitive info like wi-fi passwords is stored in user-inaccessible storage (meaning it's not exposed when you plug the watch into a computer via usb). For example, if I use Connect to change my wi-fi settings, none of the files accessible to me via USB are changed.
There *are* some settings which can be changed by editing certain files on the watch (although the process is not easy), but wi-fi is not one of them.

Even if you could connect to wifi, you would still need Connect for several Spotify-related actions, like logging into your Spotify account and adding music to your watch.
