Looking to downgrade my fenix 6 Sapphire back to 27.xx. 28.02 kills the battery in 2-3 days.

I don't know exactly when it started, but my battery has been dying very fast since the last software upgrade. Does anyone know how can I get back to the latest version of the 27.xx firmware?

search the forum. a lot of posts on how to downgrade or just google. users say that powering down the watch and restarting it fixes the drain.

I've turned off auto updates and WiFi, but I'm still on version 28.02

I have the same problem and i tried updating as per instructions: 'SystemBackdate_X.XX' folder and copy the "GUPDATE.GCD" file to the Garmin folder of your watch. It quickly say something about loading maps when i unplug it, then deleted the GUpdate file from the Garmin folder.. tried hard, soft, factory resets. Any idea ?

This usually happens when you use the wrong file (so the file for a different watch model)
