My map settings include a map called "Worldwide DEM Basemap, NR". Does anyone know where these DEM data are sourced from? The "About" screen for the phone references " ALOS World 3D - 30m (AW3D30)" from JAXA, but I can't find any definitive info anywhere as whether the data from AW3D30 are used in that particular DEM Basemap, or whether it's just coincidence. I'd be interested to hear if anyone has any knowledge on the subject. Thanks!
