Support has not ended for the Fenix 6 series. It is true that we no longer manufacture this model new. If you are experiencing a problem with your device, Forums support is still available. You can visit Support here: https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?productID=641479&tab=topics, and you are still able to contact Product Support for assistance with this device.

The asian regional editions of the watches will receive updates at different intervals that the US regional edition. This is to ensure these are compatible with the needed language characters. Unfortunately I so not have a time frame on when to expect this update release.
