I have a 6S. Purchased in around October 2022.
It's served me well until it didn't.
Long story short it died, at age 20ish months old.
Ive taken it to the retailer I purchased from and 1 month later I haven't heard anything about whether I can get a replacement despite being out of warranty.
For an $1100 watch, I expected it to last longer than 20 months... the retailer advised that I may have a case as the issue is common in this model.
What are the tips for getting the attention of Garmin customer service if even retailers can't get in contact with them.
Thankfully I've borrowed an older model from someone otherwise I'd be completely watchless.
