Music Control does not work anymore

I have a Fenix 6x pro. I used to listen downloaded musics. For the last 3 months I used the Amazon Prime Music with a downloaded list. As I removed the Amazon Prime Music app from my Fenix the original Music Control did not work anymore. I tried several times to upload it using the Connect IQ Store as well as the Garmin Express, but even though it showed it was uploaded, the watch did not respond to any control button. I need help to have the Music Control working back again.

    • Do you have Control Phone selected as your Music Player? Menu, Music, Music Player…

    I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. For this there are some initial steps I would recommend. 

    • Do you have Control Phone selected as your Music Player? Menu, Music, Music Player, select Control Phone. 
    • Once selecting this try accessing the watch Control menu. For the Control menu, hold the Light button until the Controls wheel appears, Navigate to Music Controls. 
    • For controlling music on the phone, you will first want to start the music player on the phone. 
    • If there is no change, I would also recommend a hard reset. For this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power this on again.
