Battery health less than 25% after only 900 days c.a. 60 full cycles !

There seems to be a huge problem with the quality of the fénix 6's batteries... I've had this watch for more than 900 days. A full cycle on this watch is supposed to last 21 days with the connected mode. I mainly (98%) use the watch on a connected mode and rarely use the GPS. Taking into account my usage and to avoid any remarks I've discounted the full cycle to 15 days (for a watch which is supposed to last 21 days on a single charge), this gives me over 900 days of usage 60 full cycles.

The battery is flat dead after 60 full cycles and now only lasts 5 days or less!

I have tried several times to reset the watch but I doubt that a hardware failure can be solved by a software reset!

Even the battery of my previous fénix 5 is in better condition (>5 years).

Now I will try to replace the battery and discover that the battery which is definitely a "wear part" is not accessible easily, what's more is soldered!!! and Garmin is not providing any spare parts. Even the battery of the fénix 5 had a connector...

I truly believe there were some savings behind the selection of this battery (60 cycles) and the connection (soldered) but in a world looking for sustainability a wear part (<3 years) which is not user replaceable is a big mistake!

Do I have to trash the watch? Or pluck up my courage, buy an aftermarket battery, open the watch, disassemble, de-solder the worn out battery, re-solder the new aftermarket battery, reassemble the watch and check if I'm lucky?
