Fēnix 6X Pro Sapphire - Body temperature mesurement and floor counting stopped working after update(?)

After SW update (on the same day or two days later, I don’t remember exactly… sorry!) the floor counting, body temperute measuring and sometimes(?!?) the altitude measuring is failed! No data of these since 21.05.2024!

Is anybody having the same issue?
Is there any solution or just go and take it back to the Garmin store and make them to change it for free during warranty period? :( 

I’m MTBing and without altimeter measurement or calculation… it is impossible to follow the activity!

    I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. 

    For this Altimeter/Temperature concern, there are a few initial steps I would recommend trying. 

    • First I would recommend trying to calibrate the altimeter. 
      1. Hold the menu button
      2. Select Sensors and Access
      3. Select Altimeter
      4. Select Calibrate
    • If there is no change, I would recommend cleaning the sensor port (found on the Right side of the watch, between the buttons)
      1. Submerge the watch in warm/clean water for 10-15 minutes
      2. Rinse the altimeter port under the faucet
      3. Remove the watch from the water, shake loose the excess water
      4. Try the calibration again
