How to create my own training for marathon and introduce it to the calendar

I want to create my own training program and then to send it to the calendar so it will appear in my wacht for the sesions. Help

    This would be completed using the Garmin Connect Mobile app. Open the app, Tap on More, then Training and Planning.

    There are a few options for your training plan.

    • You can choose an already created marathon training plan: Once the plan is selected, you can add this to the calendar
    • You can choose a Garmin Coach plan. This will be scheduled out on your calendar, once you complete an initial run to show your fitness level.
    • You can also choose workouts, and create your own individual Custom workouts. Once these workouts are created, you can select to add them to the Calendar on the days you choose.
