I recorded a multi sport activity run-transition-swim-transition-run and used additionally a HRM-Pro.
The activity went great and the recording was successful. I can view it on my fenix 6 watch. No errors or problems occurred.
The problem is that the multisport activity doesn't synchronise to the Garmin server, after a successful synchronisation. Therefore the activity only exists on my watch and not in Garmin connect.
What did I already try.
- Synchronisation by USB cable on the PC in Garmin Express.
- Synchronisation by Bluetooth to my mobile phone in the connect app.
- Synchronisation by Wifi on the Fenix 6 Pro.
- Re-boot all devices (PC/mobile phone/fenixt 6).
- Clear upload history in the Garmin Express app on the pc.
- Checked if everything was updated to the latest software version (no updates available).
- Check the status of the Garmin servers (they are all online).
Every time the synchronisation is flagged as successful, but the activity doesn't get synchronised.
If I use les complicated activities, such as a Yoga activity, there is no problem and the yoga activity synchronise perfectly to the Garmin server.
Any ideas or tips how to resolve the upload problem for multisport activities on the Fenix 6 Pro?
