Up select button not working

Hello
On my fenix 6x the up button doesn’t respond anymore since yesterday.

Someone has the same problem?

    Hello

    If you have not already, I would recommend trying a couple initial troubleshooting steps for this:

    • Wash the button. For this, submerge the watch in warm/clean water for 10 minutes. Remove the watch and press the buttons repeatedly. 
    • Complete a hard reset on the watch. For this, Hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power this on again. 

    If there is no change. Then the device will likely need to be replaced. So I would recommend reaching out to Garmin Product Support.

    I have the same problem. Unfortenately Garmin CAN NOT fix button. They offering you new watch instead with some discount. SHAME ON GARMIN.

    Till now two people give up from bying new Garmin, and they thanks me.

    Poor commpany can not fix one button.

    I'm from Croatia btw., and I'm just starting to pull up this topic to the stars!!

    I have gift watch fenix 6 sapphire, and they tell me to buy new one?? The gift watch!!! I need to replace GIFT watch, wich means something to me??

    yes mine has just gone now too - they don’t fix buttons? hardly a watchmaker then must be a multinational corporate tech company with no desire to keep any customer satisfaction post sale. mine is also a Fenix 6 Sapphire - looks like there is a manufacturing fault with this model.

    min is exactly the same it went the other day.  What Garmin don’t fix buttons? Hardly a watchmaker then - must be a multinational tech corporation who build obsolescence into their products and intent of reducing customer satisfaction post sale.  I have a fenix 6 Sapphire, sounds like a manufacturing fault.
