Fenix 6 Pro Solar

I received a new in box Fenix 6 Pro Solar watch. I am unable to charge the watch with either the charging cable that came in the box or with direct sunlight. Can you help me troubleshoot the issue?

These watches come at least partly charged. If you cannot turn it on after unpacking it, it is broken and you should return it to the seller.

If you could turn it on but cannot charge it, I suggest you try another cable or another charger if possible.

Thank you. The watch came partially charged but I have been unable to recharge it. I'll see if I can locate another charger...maybe that is the issue? The watch is fully drained now and exposing it to the sun doesn't appear to be enough to get it going again.

And unlikely to do so. The solar charging is not strong enough to recharge a watch. It's there to reduce the battery usage more than anything else.

What are you using to try to charge the watch? Easiest thing to do is to plug it into a powered-on computer.

That makes sense, thank you. I was using a multi usb port to try and charge and it wasn't working. It is working now that I'm using a single port.
