Amazon Music No Longer Working/Synching

I have the watch synched but somehow I am not asked to synch music to the watch.  It just shows Browse and Settings.  And the browse, I can go to All-Access Playlist and the watch then says No connection to Garmin Connect Mobile 500.  But it clearly is connected.

I've seen a few posts on this but nothing concrete on how to fix it.  I have removed the app from the watch and rebooted, readded. With no luck.

Any advice appreciated.
