Fenix 6pro not working properly after 26.00 software update

Hi,

Have you try a long press Light button until shutdown ? (upper left button).

I recommend to remove all CIQ Store content, Watchface, Datafields, Widgets, etc.

then reinstall them one by one to check if one of them generate the issue. The most important information is that CIQ content should not be older than February 2023 because of API upgrade du to 3.4.x for CIQ System 6.

I did the shut down .

also I never changed the watchface. And never downloaded stuff 

the problem still occurs 

Same Problem here .. it worked perfectly fine before the update … what a shame

Battery is fine for my 6X Pro, but many features are broken. 
Fastest segment and fastest mile alerts after a run have amnesia and always displays the fastest mile and segment in that specific run as the fastest ever. Useless.

When running any course that I load, the PacePro and actual distances get increasingly out of sync over the run. PacePro starts reporting mile splits about 0.05 miles short of the activity GPS resulting in them getting way out of sync after 20 miles and it becomes very confusing. 

Popup messages from my phone often get stuck halfway on the screen or just show the green message icon with no message. 
Garmin Connect popup messages (like for “you earned a badge”) sometimes just show the Garmin Connect logo and nothing else. 
All of these worked great prior to V26. Tried rebooting the watch, synch w/Garmin Express on the PC and nothing helps!

I'm facing another problem: the speed is incorrect during the run. the values I'm getting are lower than the reality. For example I was running at 4'12" but the garmin said 4'45". Any suggestions?

This 26 release has hosed my fenix 6x pro. I have reset it several times and it doesnt resolve the issues. The navigation freezes and alerts that come in cause a very long vibration instead of the normal quick vibration. I have no custom apps or any downloaded content. I hope a bug fix update is on its way! 

Got the same battery issue! The reason: Der heart rate sensor is always on (green light) even when not measuring. This drains the battery a lot. 

Contact support. They walked me through a few things and were good at listening to the troubleshooting steps I had already taken. I am out of warranty but they are replacing the watch with a re-certified one. Pretty cool of them. Hopefully the new one works :)
