Open Water Swim GPS not accurate during SwimRun or Multisport

I am having a similar issue to the one raised in this thread https://forums.garmin.com/outdoor-recreation/outdoor-recreation/f/fenix-6-series/227025/something-is-clearly-wrong-with-open-water-swim-in-swimrun-mode/

When I go for a swim with Open Water Swim activity, all the data seems accurate enough. However if I do a Swimrun activity (Run, Open Water Swim) or Multisports (Run, Open Water Swim) then the data for the swim is really inaccurate. The data for the other activities is ok.

Has it been confirmed by Garmin that when using Swimrun or Multisports in general, the GPS algorithm used is the one for Run activities and not the Open Water Swim activities? Is there a fix for this?

Currently I am on Garmin Fenix 6X Pro, SW v24.10, GPS v5.50. I could update to v26.0, but only if there is confirmation of a fix for it.

Same problem for me since the beginning with my 6x pro.

Swim parts show inconsistant GPS tracks.

I had no problem with my 735xt before.

I don't have any problem in the GPS tracks of my open water swimming activités when it's not included in a multisports activity.

I have the same problem since I bought my 6x pro sapphire.

Tracks of my swimrun activities are inconsistant for swimming activities.

I don't have any problem with single Open water swimming activities when they are not included in a multisports activity.

I hadn't any problem before with my simple 735xt.
