Zone 2 run - VO2 Max training effect?

I’ve been running for a few months now so the Garmin has good handle on my fitness. My HR lactate threshold as determined by the watch is 168bpm with running zones set as a % of LT. Went for a Z2 run last night and apart from the GPS going completely bonkers after updating to GPS firmware 6.60 it spewed out this odd training effect result. Any ideas??
