i was requested to update software and reset by garmin support recently for my fenix 6s (a supposed fix for the heart rate issues commonly reported on the forum). Unfortunately, that didnt work, but even worse is a new issue that has occurred.
Since this reset, i have an lock icon that appears intermittently on different areas of the screen. This is a different icon than the usual lock icon - it is a square icon with black border and black lock with a red background. It seems to have no effect. I do not need to hold buttons to get them to work.
As the watch isnt really locked, this really is only an annoyance in the sense that it gets in the way of the other things on the screen.
Has anyone run into something like this? Thanks
