Suddenly today. My phone and watch were unpaired and I am unable to re-pair it or add it as a new device.
The only recent change that I recall is an Android update the other day.
I have rebooted both the phone (pixel 7) and the watch several times and it still will not pair.
I don't know what to try next...
(Sidenote - I was getting notifications on my watch just before my ride this morning so it was pairing an hour ago...)
