Hi,
My Fénix 6s pro is less than 2 years old. Recently it has become stuck on battery saver mode: when trying to access certain functions on the watch (i.e., weather or music) the response is ‘battery saver enabled’. Using previous answers to similar problems on this forum, I have tried going to system setting>power manager>Battery Saver. The screen is faded out and says that the status is ‘off’ and will not let me change it at all (i.e., turn it on and off again). So the settings is showing that the battery saver is off but the functions on the watch that I’m trying to use are saying that the battery saver is on?
Also, my watch ONLY connects with my iPhone via Garmin Connect when I’m in system settings on the watch: the second I exit system settings, the connection drops. I am now no longer receiving any notifications to my watch (messages, call notification, etc). It does appear from looking at the menu screen that appears when I long press the light button, that the disconnection between the watch and the phone is due to the ‘battery saver enabled’
I have tried deleting the Fénix from my Garmin Connect app, deleting & forgetting it from my phones bluetooth, deleting & reinstalling the app, hard reset on the watch, deleting all installed watch faces from Garmin IQ and done all the software updates.
Any other recommendations?
