Quatix 6 sync difficulties since firmware 25

Since the update of my Quatix 6 to firmware version 25 the sync with the Garmin connect App is problematic.

I still receive the notification of new messages or email, but in an inconstant way and when I open the app the two even if connected are not syncing so I cannot upload on the app my statistic.

Sometime to resolve it is sufficient to disable the Bluetooth for some minutes and when I reconnect they start to communicate but ofter I have to reboot the watch or the telephone.

I do not perform any change in the settings of the Smartwatch or of the App.

I still have the same Android smartphone with Android 10 (Ulefone Armor 11 5G).

I'm the only one with this problem?

It can be.

I updated both Connect IQ and Fenix, but since the firmware update other app updated followed and nothing changes.

After the latest App update the watch is syncing again, but in an inconstant way. All of a sudden in doesn't sync anymore. The trick is to put the phone in a room and go in another room until the watch inform you that he lost connection to the app. When you come back and the connection is done again the sync starts again.

I also have problems on my Fenix 6 Pro, rebooting the watch used to solve the problem but not anymore. I've tried removing the device and adding it again, uninstalling the app, clearing the cache, etc. I've submitted a support ticket and I'm waiting for a solution.
