Before my watch goes in the trash I would like to reach out to you for one last chance.
Garmin support couldnt fix the issue. The watch has worked fine for 3 years now and suddenly yesterday the bluetooth was lost.
I have:
*Soft reset
*Hard reset
*Deleted the app
*Tried a different device (lenovo tablet)
*Deleted the device from both Garmin app and the bluetooth system settings.
*Cleared wifi and bluetooth cache/data on phone
Still, the device would not connect to my garmin app. The device is found but when trying to pair the message "Paring failed" appears. No PIN is availble.
And the fact is the watch is 3 years and 4 months the garmin says it dont goes under warranty so I must pay for it myself. This is a watch I paid 900 dollars for plus 400 dollars for bands and external heartrate band.
So, before it goes in the trashcan and never buying Garmin again. Can you guys try to help me one last time?
