Tried that, too... Doesn't help I'll try to find a workout where the HRM-PRO was disconnected.
But thanks so far!
That's strange! How can it be from GPS when the app is set to indoor…?
I'll borrow a PC and try FFRT. I just installed FitFileExplorer on my Mac, however. Will that do the job?
But I am going to do a new test, with and without the three devices connected. It may be that this workout was one where I experimented with Stryd connected through BLE.
I'll be back!
I don't know if this is relevant or helpful, but I run with Stryd and HRM-PRO. I have the HRM-PRO disabled for pace/distance, preferring to use Stryd, but I have noticed a problem....
If I allow my HRM-PRO to connect to my watch before my Stryd connects then it seems that the HRM-PRO steals the pace/distance connection and blocks Stryd. This makes a complete mess of things on the treadmill with Zwift. There is no such problem if I use a different chest strap. But to use the HRM-PRO I must connect Stryd first.
Maybe there is some sort of similar hierarchy/preference when you add RUNN into the equation. I guess it might be important to ensure that your preferred sensor gets connected first. Whether it retains that connecting throughout the activity, who knows, but it might be something to consider.

I tested that years ago (ANT+ sensors not BLE) but don't think the principles of how this works will have changed. Except for Tempe sensors, the sensor that connected first stays connected for the whole session (unless you pause with Resume Later) even if one with overlapping capabilities comes online later.
Although there was and maybe still is a bug when you use multiple sensors that have a Running Dynamics profile, such as HRM-Run and RD pod esp. if you also use a generic foot pod. I swapped my HRM-Run for an old HR-only strap and my RD pod and foot pod work fine since. More info on RD profile is on the ANT+ website.
Problem solved!
I always make sure the Runn is connected before I open the Stryd Workout app, but this time I also waited to put on my HRM-PRO until the Runn connection was confirmed. Then I opened the Stryd Workout app. And everything was fine. Let's hope it stays that way.
Thanks to all of you!
