Garmin Fenix 6 quatix stuck on Blue Triangle

I was hoping you could help me.
I have a Garmin Fenix 6 Quatix watch

This morning I woke up and the watch was stuck on the Blue Triangle. After trying switching it off by holding the Light Switch for 30s, and switching it back on, it still was stuck on the Blue Triangle button.
I then tried hard resetting it by following the steps on your support site. By switching it off, holding the Start and Back button together, pressing the light switch till it beeps once, leaving the start button and leaving the back button after the second beep.
The blue triangle flashed, but again just stuck on the blue triangle.

If I can recall correctly software version was 25.10

Is it possible you can assist me?

I am sorry there is an issue. You described doing the "Unprompted Reset" seen in this Support Center article: How to Reset Default Settings on My Garmin Outdoor Watch. The best chance you have at correcting the issue, is to do that same step 3-5x in a row. It is a lower percentage for success but when working with any Fenix series watch frozen at startup, I have had some success when going through the Unprompted Reset repeatedly.

Thank you for your reply. I just tried doing the Unprompted Reset 5 times in a row, but the blue triangle just flashes every time. I will send it to Garmin South Africa to have a look at it.

Try the other reset mode

Turn off watch.

Press and HOLD the LAP button

Keep holding that LAP button

Press and release the power/light button (while still holding that LAP button)

You should eventually get a "clear data" prompt.

There is also a firmware sideload mode that is undocumented.

Turn off watch.

Hold START (top right) button

Keep holding that button

Plug in USB cable (keep holding that button)

Watch will remain in sideload mode for as long as you keep holding that button.

You can use the old GARMIN WebUpdater to send firmware files to the watch.
