Is there a preloaded activity on the Garmin 6 that allows for Sleep or stretching?
My question is two fold
1) as part of my training plan, I have 10-15 min stretching blocks scheduled on my TrainingPeaks account. which activity can i select to satisfy this activity?
2) would think that naps in a given day would help with recovery yet this isn't an activity you can track and manage on the watch. any thoughts here?
