Faster battery drain in smartwatch mode, SW 25.0

I`ve noticed a bigger battery drain after the update to sw 25.0 in smartwatch mode, with no other activity. Earlier it drained 5-6%/day, now more then 10%/day. Is it a common problem with the new update or...

I see similar. In a resource pool of developers--who moves to forward to the new (F7) development and who stays in F6 maintenance? Just my speculation of course. Usually battery drain settles down as the new patterns optimize. Not so much this time.

Go to F7/E2 forums, you will see the same complaint about battery drain....

I have a F6Pro since beginning of 2020, without any battery issue. And i'm an Alpha/Beta tester, i saw other issue but not this one, 3-4 friends with Fenix 6 Pro, 6X, no problem for them

I just downgraded to SW 24.1 . Almost everything is ok. No more battery draining issue.

Owner of Enduro. 3h after full charging 97% battery - no activity, no BLU connection. FW 25.00 definetely battery drain.

A friendly recommendation, try to escape from SW beginning with 25.XX

My 6X Pro Solar has been draining by 10% per day, 70% in a week, with only 10-12 hours indoor training. No pulse ox or music. No GPS. Six months ago the same usage pattern would result in only 50% drain in a week.

The rot started for me with 23.73 alpha and has remained disappointing ever since. Multiple factory resets and hard restarts of the watch have not helped.
