Hello, My watch's back button ( right bottom button) is extremely hard and does not click like other buttons when pressed. Can someone check if your button is same.

Squirt a little WD40 around the button and press it a few times and it should sort it. I had that problem on a 5 Plus and it worked nicely.
I am sorry there is an issue.

- The Buttons on My Garmin Watch Do Not Respond When Pressed or Appear to Be Stuck
First of all thanks for the reply. I did the suggestion in the link you provided and it worked. I honestly didn't think it would work. Because the watch was bought brand new 3 months ago and has hardly been used. I didn't think there could be such a problem with a 3 month old product. Going back to our topic, this method really works. Thanks again for your help.
In user manuel " Avoid chemical cleaners, solvents, and insect repellents that can damage plastic components and finishes." says therefore i didnt try this suggestion but thanks for reply.
No problem. I had tried washing mine but after 2 or 3 days it was bad again. WD40 actually worked.
I didnt only try washing. I tried other advice too.
"
If the buttons of the watch are still sticking or unresponsive after rinsing, a more thorough cleaning may be required to restore functionality. To clean your watch, follow these steps:
Fill a small bowl with lukewarm fresh water.
Place the watch in the bowl and allow to soak for 10 minutes.
Remove the watch from the bowl and rinse thoroughly under a low-pressure faucet.
Shake the excess water from the watch and allow it to air dry completely."
Maybe just washing wouldn't be enough for me, I don't know.Yes I had tried that - washing
does not click like other buttons when pressed
Garmin's buttons can sometimes feel imprecise. It can take 2 or 3 presses at slightly different angles for the keystroke to take. I find that turning on vibration on key presses makes it much easier to confirm that a keystroke has been accepted.
The settings are in Menu -> System -> Sound -> Key Vibe
You can also turn on beeping for key presses but I find that to be annoying.
Thanks for advice.
