Fenix 6X pro solar HR, Steps count and WIFi don't work

After i did reset Heart rate functions for some minutes and after stop.

Steps count didn't work from the beginning after counted only 720 steps.

WIFI doesn't find any Network from my home wireless that have an point 2.4 GHz and from Mobile hotspot

Activity Tracking is set on.

I had install the software version 24.10 and also I try with beta 25.00 Please help me with my Garmin!

I clean and wash the watch but the same result

I make test in debug mode and the test of HR didn't work.

I write an email to garmin 2 days ago but they didn't respond yet.

Anybody have ideas why this is happen.
