Not anywhere. It is automatically installed on the device (via GCM or GE), unless you have deactivated the automatic update under System> Software update. You are now at about 10% distribution, so it can still take a while.
If your Fenix 6 series watch was bought in a SE Asia country, (referred to as APAC) you will not receive the new Q1 2023 v25.00 software update until after it goes through a review process that APAC region watches go through to ensure the language for the country it was bought in continues to be displayed correctly with the software changes made.
