Not pairing my fenix 6 pro solar with my new shokz headphones

My fenix 6 pro solar won't connect with my shokz headphones. I tried a lot.

1. turning my bluetooth off of my iphone

2. turning shokz on while searching from my watch

3. resetting te watch

My shokz connect immediately with my phone when I want to, so that cant be the problem.

Any help?

What FW version do you have on your Fenix ?
The problem is or was known and is now fixed.
You can install the alpha version 24.81 from the beta area (manually) even if you are not a participant in the beta program.

As said by Farron, depending on your watch system version, 24.7x alpha. a bug is corrected with latest 24.8x.

But if you are running public 24.10 or earlier, this should not be your case. But you can try for testing purpose.

You need to multipair your headphones, be informed that is not working well between shokz and Garmin watch (only multipair, no problem with single device).

Tnx, the problem is solved and for me was in the pairing of shokz. To turn it on its just a long press. When you hold it then it gets in pairing mode. Problem solved.

I just experienced this issue with Fenix 6 Pro and FW24.10. The Shockz do not pair with the watch, but with the phone they do. I already removed the device from the list of paired headphones, multipair is enabled, long press for pairing is known. No success at all. Frustrating.

I also face pairing issues with Fenix 6X Pro v25.10 and a Shokz Openrun headphone. So it seems there is still a bug somewhere.

Hello All

My Fenix 6X pro Sap watch is not connecting with any bluetooth headphones. I tried Shokz Openrun and earpods, both did not connected.
FW is 26.00 Any help would be perfect.

Hi it should work, my Aeropex (and many other devices) was working fine.

Have you tried to restart (long press Light Button until shutdown) your watch after applying 26.00 update ?

To add the device go to Menu, Sensor, Add headphones

Check if another instance of older or the same device already exist and remove them before pairing
