Music Screen Freezes

Why does my beautiful Fenix 6X music display freezes frequently upon reconnecting to bluetooth headsets!

I always need to restart the whole watch to get the music display back to responsive and functioning mode!

I am sorry there is an issue. It will depend on the cause of the freezing issue. If you have never had the issue before using the same Bluetooth headphones and the issue is new, try resetting your watch…

Hi, no problem for me with 24.10 or 24.81Alpha with F6Pro and Amazon/Deezer.

Do you have many songs on your watch ?
I had the same issue and had 500 songs on my watch, I deleted 200 songs and now I have no issues anymore

GUYS... FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FIX IT!!!!!

I KEEP RESTARTING MY STUPID WATCH EACH TIME WHEN THE MUSIC PLAY/DISPLAY FREEZES!!!! AND IT FREEZES EACH SINGLE FREAKING TIME WHEN THE EARBUDS DISCONNECT UPON PAUSE OR WHAT HAVE YOU!

I am sorry there is an issue. It will depend on the cause of the freezing issue. If you have never had the issue before using the same Bluetooth headphones and the issue is new, try resetting your watch through the System > Reset menu.

If the issue is new and you are also using a new pair of Bluetooth headphones that coincide with the freezing behavior, try a different pair Bluetooth headphones to see if the issue resolves.

If your issue happens despite resetting your watch and/or changing headphones, please reach out to Vendor Support in your region.

My Bluetooth headphones are the very same high-quality ones which I use on my Forerunner 955 where I have no issues at all with them!

The problem is only on my Fenix 6X!
