I was just getting off the bus put my hand through my bag and the strap just get pulled off, I looked at the watch and realized the spring bar had come off I went back to look for it, but couldn't find it, so tried to look on Amazon to order a replacement, but didn't know what size spring bar, I need, if you could send a replacement that would be great.

Width is not the only problem, diameter is too. Garmins springbars are really thick.
Just ask Garmin nicely and get original replacement parts.
Pop into your nearest jeweler and see if they can help.
A call might be faster. I did not get a replacement on my first try, so if they say "we don't have those" keep trying. And if you know your width you might find the part number, that helps if you can tell…
