I'm trying to pinpoint hypoxic episodes during sleep.
So far I've used the Fenix 6 pro on one arm, and a continuous pulse oximeter on the other.
The Fenix readings are lower overall, AND showing several dips per night below 90%.
These don't appear at all on the continuous monitor, and the O2 charts for the two devices don't seem to correlate whatsoever.
The continuous monitor seems to say "everything's fine"
The thing is - the Fenix dips seem to correlate with dips in breathing and blood pressure (which I'm also monitoring).
So if it wasn't on such an untrustworthy device, I'd be inclined to trust it more.
Have others experienced O2 dips in the Fenix data that they've found to be incorrect?
[I have the watch correctly positioned and tightened on my wrist, BTW]
Thanks!
