As above, I tried resetting the watch, etc but everytime I check the watch even after syncing it is still on 23.10 software. How do I update it to 24.00?

If you download the first alpha firmware package after 23.10 then the backdate file included therein should be for 23.10. Of course, rolling back will factory reset your watch. Also, be mindful to turn…
Don´t update. It´s to many new issues with it compared with 23.10
