I have entered my credit cards on Garmin wallet in garmin connect in my my phose ( Android) , i have assigned the credit cards to the fenix 6s pro. When i synchronize the watch with the phone, the wallet in the watch remains empty. I have tried severall time, ( 5+) and i have also activated and deactivated some credit cards, to trigger some changes. Nothing happen, the wallet on the watch remain empty.
Fixed with 24.10, but you need to follow the steps (Greg B mention it)
If you experienced this issue you will need to do the following to have the card show on the watch after updating to 24.10:
Open the Garmin Connect app.
Open the menu.
Android: Select 
(top left)
iOS: Select More (bottom right)
Select Garmin Pay.
Select the desired card.
If necessary, select the device you want to remove the card from.
Select Suspend Card.
