Software v24.00 did not update Sensor Hub to v22.09 - watch still shows v20.04

Hi,

It feels like a known issue during Alpha/Beta phase regarding the upgrade process with bad files. Or maybe you need to restart your watch (you can see the <filename>.gcd file in the Garmin/RemoteSW/ folder) or use Garmin Express to receive the update.

I used express to do the update, and I did a watch restart, I will try to update manually.

An update: I tried to manually upload the file, an update was performed, and now my sensor hub show 20.09, so it jumped from 20.04 to 20.09

GPS 5.50, Wi-FI: 4.01 CIQ: 3.3.6 BMX: 5.0.5 WHR: 5.00.05 ANT/BLE/BT: 6.15 Sensor Hub: 20.09(after manually update)
I have a Garmin Fenix 6 PRO

same here. bmx also is at 5.0.5. i use garmin express. will try another sync tonight with garmin express.

If garmin renew the issue encounter during Alpha/Beta phase, we can tell that it's not professional at all.

Given the software update was just released yesterday and is at 20% release, once the software update is released further, I will watch for a pattern of reports for those reporting the new Sensor Hub v22.09 update was not received with the v24.00 update.

Ditto, both Sensor Hub & BMX on the old versions post update

Updated - engineering has confirmed the Sensor Hub update is not pushed out at the same time as the v24.00 software update. The Sensor Hub v22.09 update will arrive on its own but it could be towards the end of the software update release process or even after the software release reaches 100%.

Already multiple syncs using express, plus several restarts, both hub and bmx still on old versions

Will try when I am back home tonight. Will that update the bmx too? 

But your bmx is still the old version. How do you update that ? What is bmx anyway?
