Switching from the Fenix 6 pro sapphire titanium to the Fenix 7 sapphire solar titanium

I am interested in the experiences of users who switched from Fenis 6 pro sapphire titanium to Fenix 7 sapphire solar titanium. I interests evrything about the hardware and software, about screen, buttons, user interface, errors, glitches....

What do you recommend, is it worth switching to Fenix 7 solar sapphire titanium ?

Be advised that the 7 SS screen scratches more easily, probably due to the powerglass used for the solar functionality.

In my case, the 6 was more easily scratched. I think Garmin just uses glasses with different quality of coatings.

One error the 7 Series (and other models from 2022) have is, you can't use IQ widgets during activities that don't use "location permission", if you do it will stop the GPS signal systemwide and your activity in the background will stop recording.
