Updating maps at night? and notifications ??

recently my Fenix 6 pro, started showing some notifications about updating maps, at 0130 !!! when i tried to sleep !

it wasn't one notification, but series, like every few percent etc.

Is it from the watch?? i didn't see any new notification on my phone.

Is 0130 a proper time for updating maps and NOTIFYING SLEEPING USER about it ???

    I bet that if you're on Android then it's not Garmin but your Google Maps are updating some of offline map region you created earlier.
    When it happens it send dozens of notification every few seconds with percentage it completed. It's very annoying and I would turn it off if not navigation notifications which I'd like to be displayed on my watch.

    So i can suggest you to either turn off notifications for Google Maps or just do like I do and make Garmin to go into power save mode during your sleep hours, this way no notifications would get to your watch while you're sleeping.
