Nope, the quickest way is a committed, brave lash with a sledgehammer. ;-)
Gavriel's response is the quickest way to do it for all of them, you can also delete them individually on the device: navigate > courses > select course > delete

I don't have any files in my \Garmin\Courses\ directory in my GF6XPS.
Any other suggestions other than using sledgehammer?

Look in all the other directories, i might have given the wrong name. You'll see files with the courses names.
