SPO2 not working during sleep/at all

Hey guys, I hope you can help me. My SPO2 measurement stopped working since the 23.10. I did not manage to measure any SPO2 since then, no matter whether I do it manually and I sit/lay calm or with automatic detection while sleeping. My sleep tracking/resting heart rate seems to be way off too from my usual levels.
Things I already tried:
Putting the watch on my wrist in many different angles(Above and under my wrist bone).
Resetting the watch
Enabling/Disabling the SPO2 settings in Garmin Connect
Adjusting the energy settings on my watch.
Changing the SPO2 settings on my watch.
Using my other wrist for tracking my heart rate.
Letting my sister measure her SPO2 with my watch(Did not work either).
Do you have any other ideas what I can do?
I do not feel ill/different in comparision with last week/the weeks before but I am thinking of replacing the watch if this issue does not get fixed somehow.
The software version is 23.10 and my watch model is the Fenix 6s Pro.

I added som images so you can see the changes.

  • Im guessing that if you reset your device, and it’s still not working, then maybe your sensor is defunct. You should probably open a ticket with Garmin.

The SPO2 has been turned off on my device for about 3 months. I’m on the same FW as you, and using a 6X Pro Solar. Yesterday I turned mine back on, and last night mine pulled data all night. So I know its working on that FW with that device.

Thank you for your reply. It seems that you are right, a few hours after I opend the ticket here about my issue, the green light of the HR-sensor stopped working at all, it doesn't matter how I move/rotate the watch, it just won't light up. After that I opened a support ticket with Garmin, they gave me a few suggestions about what to do but none of those worked. They recommended to start the replacement on monday due to me being a EU customer and their EU support/chat isn't available on weekends.

Edit1: The HR-sensor started to work again after another hard reset, I will still get in touch with Garmin since HRV and SPO2 still do not work. I will give you an update when I know more though.

Edit2: Got my "new" refurbished watch this week, everything seems to work as expected again.
