The garmin Lily has the morning report and sure the hardware is less powerful than our Fenix 6x. I don't understand why people resign to say that our watches are at the EOL, indeed when these watches are…
Every time Garmin release a new feature for the F7 some **** has to post here "please bring to F6"
Not going to happen. Garmin already commented on the features from the F7 coming to the F6 and…
Yes, that's right.
We can be glad that there are still updates for our 6, after all, it is already more than 3 years old.
The Fenix 6 seems to be slowly approaching EOL status
Why? Still great watch.
It's not the end, but our 3 years old watch could not receive the same features like F7 etc.

The garmin Lily has the morning report and sure the hardware is less powerful than our Fenix 6x. I don't understand why people resign to say that our watches are at the EOL, indeed when these watches are relatively expensives. Furthermore other brands like Apple or Coros still update ancient models with new features.
Maybe we need a benchmark to confirm, we could be surprised.
Something sure is that lily do not run and provide all the features of the Fenix 6.
But maybe some features could be easily implemented, but will or would not.

To complete i wish that my F6Pro will be here for long time because it's a great piece of technology.
Every time Garmin release a new feature for the F7 some **** has to post here "please bring to F6"
Not going to happen. Garmin already commented on the features from the F7 coming to the F6 and, surprise surprise, they've already delivered those.
At least the posts make for a good laugh if not much else.
Sure! You could start laugh right now when you buy one of the new models paying an exhorbitant price and start thinking that in less than 2 years you will be posting the same things on the Fenix 7 forum.
Yes, that's right.
We can be glad that there are still updates for our 6, after all, it is already more than 3 years old.
When you buy a product, you buy it for the features it has when you BUY IT. Garmin is great at adding new features for the current top-of-line model. In fact they're amazing at it. The features my F6Pro has gotten since I bought it are outstanding.
The F6 is no longer top model though. Expecting features from the F7 etc to be backported just makes you look like a clown. Sorry. (Nice make-up though)
