Are there any changes that are being made to Beta test participants? Today, the system version 23.10 appeared, and earlier were on 23.01 and 23.02. For any of these versions, I did not find information about what was changed or added. If changes made in future versions are available, where can you find them?

Yes, it's probably a Public Release. There is no Device Usage widget in this version which there usually are for betas.

There is a separate forum section for betas. 23.10 is not posted there yet, but should be there soon.
I am not a beta tester but this morning I received the 23.10 and I have already tried it. So it's an official version.
I think it's not a Beta, but a Public Release, my comment from Alpha/Beta Forum this morning.
The changelog is identical to 23.02Beta quite strange to change the revision number for that.
- Fixed issue that could cause inaccuracies in the reported primary benefit for Training Effect
- Fixed issue where long activities were causing the watch to behave poorly
- Fixed potential inaccuracies in the Race Time Predictions
After GCM sync, the Beta logo is not appearing ... Maybe the next Public Release or Garmin doesn't complete the full process for Beta

Prompted by this topic I checked my installed firmware on the watch. It was reporting 23.02 without the beta symbol.
I've now connected to Garmin Express and have 23.10 being installed as I type. Here's the change log....
