Vo2peak / MHR/ LHTR values in watch

Hello all,

The wife and I have just had back to back lab sessions at the local Uni to analyse all sorts of gubbins. Whilst her values obey convention (with everything I've seen on google) mine are seemingly pure alien.

My key results:

Vo2peak = 45

Vo2max = 47

Max recorded heart rate = 209

Heart rate @ Vo2peak = 190

LT1 = 114bpm

LT2 = 190bpm

So my questions are:

Should I (as was suggested to me during the session) set my max heart rate on the watch to 190? Even though I regularly go well beyond for longish periods of time. And accept those heart rate zones?

What do I set my LHTR to be? Conventional wisdom suggests the LT1 and 2 should be far closer together (my wife's are, 144/170 and Vo2peak HR@177)

My gut feeling is to set the max heart rate at 209 and set the LHTR to 190.

Any comments would be greatly received. I know it's only a blooming watch and I should just get out and run :)

Cheers,

Martian Glen.
