A few days after I upgraded to 23.00 I went on a famliy vacation for almost 2 weeks. Now that I am back to work and the regular exercises my training status is always strained. I think it's because my HRV was around 50ms during the vacation, but ever since I returned it's decreasing slowly and now it's around 40ms. What should I do? Should I sleep more? Or should I wait for a few weeks until Garmin "forgets" my higher hrv values and understands that 40-ish is my normal?
BTW the training status screen in GCM is confusing, because on one hand it tells me "Your training loas is optimal, but your HRV status indicates accumulated fatigue. Be sure to give yourself enough time to recover" which I understand as "better to rest and do easy trainings", on the other hand it also tells me "Load Focus - High Aerobic Shortage" which I understand as "run faster".
