Fenix 6x Pro - no WiFi connection

My Fenix 6X Pro no longer connects to WiFi. Even just upgraded the Firmware version to 23.00

Doesn't find any WiFi network.

How to solve?

OK, some more Infos on the matter:
1. Very seldomly it does sync and brings the proper message when finished (yesterday evening once and today once on my fenix 6 Pro). But even if it works, the next syncs…

Yesterday evening all devices worked properly. This morning again the same error messages. So I guess it's on Garmin's side.

Not the same problem, but will leave it here.

It connects to WiFi, but always Sync failed. The problem was present prior to 23.00. Did a data wipe and reset after upgrading to 23.00 - problem not resolved.

I have the same problem. It connects to wifi, but it won’t sync. If I go from the watch menu to wifi —> sync wifi, I get the message sync failed. I noticed something though. If I go to Music —> music providers —> Spotify —> Update downloads or Add music, it syncs! The same thing happened yesterday when I tried to have it connect to my smart phone, mobile hotspot.

searched for this issue and saw threads going back years but no fix. I have tried all the suggestions, removing WIFI, reinstall, use a hotspot etc but still get Sync Failed. I have confirmed it connects to my router but no joy.

Hi, your wifi software is ok, if eventually it shows 655.35 then it would be a hardware issue.

Can you try to manually remove every SSID from Garmin Connect/Express and add it again using Garmin Express.

I encounter this behaviour in the past and need to do this, even if the SSID wa working before the system update...

Mine is 655.35, I removed the SSIDs from the watch, removed the watch from Connect and re-added it. When clicking on Wi-Fi I get "No Wi-Fi Networks found"

It's a hardware issue, you need to contact Garmin Support or your reseller. sorry for you :-(

My fenix 6 Pro can't sync with WiFi anymore either (WiFi version 4.01). Worked flawlessly pre 23.0

WiFi connects just fine, but then sync failes every time. Removing SSID didn't work, reboot and soft reset didn't work either. Tried with WiFi at home and at work.

Same problem on my FR945 actually...

That's two bugs with 23.0 for me. Time to write to Garmin.
