GPS off after update to v23.00

Hello

I updated the soft of my Fenix6 up to v23.00 this morning and I cannont get any signal GPS ever since.

I tried with GPS / GPS+GLONAS / GPS+GALILEO and for several activities : still non signal.

Is it a known issue related to v23.00?

Do you have any fix to suggest?

I am sorry there is an issue.

For any abnormal behavior immediately after a new software release, please try the following:

1) Power your watch off then on again.

2) Hard reset your watch by holding down…

Try deleting the CPE file from the folder //GARMIN/REMOTESW (on the watch) and then syncing with Garmin Express to load a new one

I am sorry there is an issue.

For any abnormal behavior immediately after a new software release, please try the following:

1) Power your watch off then on again.

2) Hard reset your watch by holding down your top left button until your watch shuts off.

3) Reset to Factory Settings

If you continue to have the GPS issue, please reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region.

And put the right version for your watch in \remotesw to be sure that GPS upgrade is ok

Hold MENU.
Select System > About.

Hello,

I have the same problem.

I took reset settings but version is still V23.00 and i tried to change GPS settings. No effects : GPS doesn't work.

Is there a solution? Maybe a patch? Maybe downgrade version?

Garmin Fenix 6x Saphirre. For me, also after the upgrade to 23.00 GPS stopped working. Hard reset didn't help.

What is the software version of your GPS ? If 0.00 it's a hardware issue

Hello,

Thank you for your help.

In my case the hard reboot worked (not instantaneously but the day after everything was ok). I've not met any trouble ever since.
