Fenix 6 pro bike & hike/Komoot

Hello, via the multisport function I have set up a bike & hike favourite on the watch. I started the trip via the Komoot favourite on the watch and then selected the bike & hike function. the bike part was nicely shown on the watch as a map and marked my position so all good. When I switched to the hike part (via lap) then the map disappeared and only the time was running, nothing else. Also at the end of the trip the hike part of the trip was not recorded.

How can I do a bike & hike tour via Komoot where both in the bike part as well as in the hike part I can see map, position etc (i.e. the same function when I select either Bike or hike via Komoot)? Thanks for support!

  • Unfortunately, the navigation doesn't really carry beyond the 1st leg of a multisport activity. If you want navigation in terms of following a Course (whether from Komoot or elsewhere), you will need to record them as separate activities.

Do you have transitions enabled for this multisport profile? When you pressed lap at the end of the bike leg, the watch started a transition, and the hike part was never started.

Or you can start a new course after starting the hike stage. I never tried this in real world, but in theory it should work.
